When will I get my order?
Each piece is handmade with care, so orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5 business days. During busy periods, this may take a little longer.
Once shipped, delivery within Australia typically takes 2–8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any postal delays.

Where are your products manufactured?
All Call Me Rose pieces are handmade in our Sunshine Coast studio.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 AUD Australia-wide. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
All shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
What are your materials made from?
Our necklaces are thoughtfully handcrafted using natural stone beads, paired with high-quality stainless steel and gold-plated stainless steel components. Some designs may also feature gold-plated brass accents and ceramic pendants.
Each piece is carefully made by hand to create timeless jewellery you'll love to wear for years to come.
